Our Plant Guarantee

At Faizul Nursery Showroom, we take pride in delivering healthy, vibrant plants to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

Replacement Policy

Damaged During Delivery: If your plant arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos. We'll replace it free of charge.
Wrong Plant Delivered: In case of incorrect plant delivery, report within 48 hours for free replacement.
Quality Issues: If the plant dies within 7 days of delivery under proper care, we'll replace it (photo proof required).
Note: Replacement subject to availability. If unavailable, we'll offer store credit or alternative plants of equal value.

Non-Replaceable Situations

Customer-Induced Damage: Plants damaged due to improper care, over/under watering, or unsuitable environment.
Natural Variations: Minor leaf spots or natural leaf shedding that doesn't affect plant health.
Delayed Reporting: Issues reported after 7 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items: Clearance plants or specially ordered exotic species.
